No one at our table had to wait for one to come by to order a drink or get a refill. Serving staff was there to refill drinks and remove plates when you needed them.
What I ate I enjoyed, but there was a lot of stuff I could not eat. This buffet did not compare to Vegas hotel buffets or some local restaurant holiday buffets. They had a cold-stone style ice cream bar (pick your ice cream, pick add-ons and they mix it there), plus regular ice creams and even 'Halo-halo' which is a shaved ice dessert from the Philippines, I am told. Lots of variety of cookies, cakes, pies, cannolies and other ethnic treats. WOW! The first and only buffet (and I've been to many) that I've seen a white chocolate fountain at! Marshmallows, rice crispy bars and strawberries were available for dipping. As someone who tries to eat healthy, there were not a lot of health-conscious options. That was weird for a buffet and a bit of a turn-off for me. As far as other main courses go: Salad bar: Good quality, moderate variety of toppings They had Mexican, Italian, Asian and American food - steaks, hamburgers and hot dogs.
I do not eat seafood, so I cannot speak to it from personal experience, but everyone at the table was getting multiple helpings of it, so it must have been good.
If you like seafood, this is the place! I was with a very large party, they all had an amazing amount of giant crab, oysters and other seafood.
